Description

Quitclaim from William Dolfyn of Toneworth to John le Arch' of the same of 15 acres of land with appurtenances lying at Haukeschawe which formerly belonged to Master William le Arch' in the same place. To hold the same without any reservation so that the said William shall have no right of ejection or sale upon the said lands. Witnesses: John de Lodbrk, Henry de Sydenhal', Robert de Folwod', Richard att' Bern, Thomas Wystan and others. Given at Toneworth, the Monday next after the feast of St Barnabas the Apostle, 16 Edward III. Seal, red wax, circular, fragment ? a human figure. Legend: ? Endorsed, [ in a 15th century hand] C.
