Quitclaim from Thomas Whytere of Couyntre to William Elyot of Toneworth' of a croft with adjacent meadow lying between the grove of Yeuelshawe and the land of the said William, the land of Henry Sidenhale and the land of John de Yerdeleye in length and breadth; to hold for ever. Dated at Toneworth', Wednesday after the feast of St James the Apostle, 14 Richard II. Witnesses: Henry de Sidenhale, John Fullewode, Thomas atte Berne, John Yeuelshawe, John Notehurst and others.
