Description

Appointment of attorney of Thomas Ede, surgeon and citizen of London of John Fulwode of Toneworth' to collect the following debts: 65 shillings from Henry Sydenhale of Toneworth' for the rent of lands and tenements in Toneworth' held of the said Thomas; 63 shillings from Richard Couerne of the same for the rent of lands and tenements from the time he became a tenant of the said Thomas and 3 shillings and 4 pence which was owing to Thomas Ede, lent to him in cash; owing from Thomas Haukeshawe; to collect the said debts before whatever judge there or elsewhere or in whatever manner appears best to the said John by pliant or process according to the accustomed laws, having full power to continue the same until the completion of the repayment of the said debts and give acquitances for the same.
