Mason Family; Deed to Lead to the use of Recovery, Mason v Dakeyne

Description

Deed to lead to the use of recovery between Thomas Mason of the Inner Temple, London, esquire; John Dakeyne of New Inn, County Middlesex, gentleman and William Hunt of New Inn, gentleman. Reciting a fine dated easter 1736 of one tenament, two gardens, one orchard, three tofts, one barn, one stable, one straw house and one nursery, tenament in the tenure of Widow Clark, orchard and one garden and other premises in the posession of Thomas Mason. Note: the free title to use of said Thomas Mason, agreed that John Dakeyne shall be tenant of the freehold until a common recovery shall be suffered but allowing Thomas Mason to take all rents in the meantime.
