Coach House and Waterfront
Proposition by Robert Hobbes to the Corporation of Stratford upon Avon to erect a coach house and granary at the sum of £220. The coach house and granary to be build upon the tenanted land of Robert Hobbes at the green whereby he agrees to erect the buildings and build walls surrounding the properties. The document also explains Mr Hobbes expenditure already incurred at improving land at the Bancroft to improve the waterside for the townsfolk. Also includes a front elevation (colour) of the proposed building.
