Deed to lead to the uses of a fine between Nathaniel Roberts [also Burford] of Old Stratford, tylor and Elizabeth his wife one of the daughters and the co-heirs of Thomas Roades the elder of Stratford, husbandsman,; George Savage of Stratford upon Avon, husbandsman and Judith his wife daughter and co-heir; Sarah Roades, spinster; William Madden of Evesham, gentleman; Lawrence Harwood the elder of London, mercer; Lawrene Harwood the younger of London, hosier; John Hastings of Wellsbourne, yeoman and Alice his wife; Thomas Blick of Sherbourne, blacksmith and Elizabeth his wife; William Jones of Sherbourne, weaver and Joanna his wife; John Jones of Stratford, yeoman; Lawrene Butler of Sherbourne, carpenter and Suzannah his wife on the first part and Joseph Hunt of Sratford upon Avon, gentleman; Henry Kempson of Goldicote, gentleman; Robert Michell of Wellesbourne, butcher and William Wright of Stratford, maltster on the second part. Property: 1. three ridges in Sandfield formerly in the posession of said Thomas Roades and lately of Elianor Roades, widow, now of the said Joseh Hunt. 2. Messuage in Wellsbourne in the occupation of John Hasteings. 3. Three messuages in Ely Street, Stratford upon Avon in the tenures of Edward Hervules ats Hartford, Richard Sheringham and Moses Hyatt. Fine to be levied for the uses as follows: 1. Three ridges of arable land for the use of Joseph Hunt. 2. Messuage in the High Street for the use of Henry Kempson. 3. Wellsbourne Mountford for the use of Robert Mitchell an assigns for 500 years and £35 to John Hasteings. 4. Ely Street for the use of William Wright.
