Copy conveyance by the Trustees of Hugh Clopton's Charity ( David Rice, surgeon, William Wall, grocer, Edward Field, draper, John Hardy, banker, Edward Fordham Flower, common brewer, James Cox, timber merchant, Charlee Lucy, miller, John Branston Freer, esq., all of Stratford-upon-Avon, Richard Greaves, formerly of Stratford, now of Cliffe House, Warwick, merchant, George Frederick Knipe, formerly of Stratford, now of Leigh Sinton, Worcestershire, surgeon and Thomas Thomson, formerly of Stratford but now of Leamington Priors, Doctor of Medicine) to Mark Philips of Snitterfield, esq., for £600 3% consolidated bank annuities, of a rent charge upon lands at Ingon Farm, Hampton Lucy, settled by Sir Hugh Clopton by deeds dated 11 and 12 September 1732. Enclosed are letter dated 7 June 1856 from Mark Philips to R. H. Hobbes, enclosing the transfer of £600 3% consols [not with] and covering letter to deed, with receipt for £4 4s 0d signed by G. F Knipe
