Draft and copy assignments of leases made, with the consent of the Trustees, of Tyler's Charity property. 15 June 1840: Joseph Mills, Stratford-upon-Avon, builder to Robert Fisher, Old Stratford, gent., of three newly erected messuages in Guild Street, in the occupations of Robert Fisher, William Moseley and ---- to secure £400. Original lease dated 17 August 1835 1845: George Ernest Hamilton, civil engineer and architect, to Henry Best Sowden, Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., of residue of a lease of part of a house and premises in Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, assigned to Hamilton by deed of 28 September 1837 [Lucas's Charity] 5 November 1861: Stratford-upon-Avon Charity Trustees (as assignees for benefit of creditors of Joseph Cowlishaw) to Elizabeth Banwell, Watlington, Oxford, widow, of house in Guild Street in the occupation of Cowlishaw. 8 February 1876: Robert Lunn, Norton, Evesham, farmer and James Cox the younger, Stratford-upon-Avon, timber merchant, to Arthur Rowley, Stratford-upon-Avon, farmer, of 13 Warwick Road. June 1867: Ann Farnell, late of Alcester, now of Stratford-upon-Avon , widow to John Brookes, Stratford-upon-Avon, yeoman, of messuage, garden and outbuildings in Guild Street, formerly in the occupation of Richard Timm, now of Ann Farnell, abutted east by merssuage of Thomas White, north by premises of Rev. Thomas Bumpas, west by messuage formerly Joseph Cowlishaw. now Mrs Banwell 21 January 1887: William Silvester, Stratford-upon-Avon to William Summerton, Stratford-upon-Avon, carpenter, of 3 Payton Street.
