Lease and release for a consideration of £480 John Sadler, citizen and grocer of London, son and heir of John Sadler late of St Stephen, London, grocer on the first part and Joseph Hunt of Stratford upon Avon and Stephen Hunt of the University of Oxford, gent and brother of said Joseph on the second part Property: messuage in the occupation of John Brown, gent, 2 adjoining messuages in the occupation of Mark Noble and John Castle, Dales Close or Saddlers Cose formerly in the occupation of Anne Evitts and now of John Taylor, cottage adjoining the said close formerly in the occupation of Richard Weston and William Heycox now of James Bridle and a right to a pew in the Parish Church of Old Stratford with any right to a burying place.
