Edward Albert Parkhouse and Gathorne Ashfield, Stratford-upon-Avon, drapers and Walter john Valentine, High Street, Beford, draper and Harvey Henry Freeman, Stratford-upon-Avon, draper, for the sale to Valentine and Freeman of a drapers' business in Stratford upon Avon, they paying £1150 for the goodwill, £550 for the fixtures nad fittings, £50 for vehicles and stabling and a sum for the stock in trade to be determined as book value less 10%.
