Will (27 March 1900) and codicil (26 January 1910) of Frank Organ, Stratford-upon-Avon, upholsterer and cabinet maker. House and £400 to wife Mary Ann; personal estate to be converted into trust fund, income being paid to wife for life, or until remarriage to maintain children until 21. If wife remarries, she to receive £1 per week, with balance for maintenance of children. Wife to be guardian of children during minorities unless remarries, when passes to trustees. After death of wife, fund to be divided equally between children or their heirs. Trustees and executors are wife, Mary Ann Organ and testator's brother Walter George Organ, Wrington, Somerset, woolstapler. Codicil: Revokes appointment of brother as executor, and appoints son Frank Neath Douglas Organ, and Frank Gibbs, Stratford-upon-Avon, solicitor; revokes immediate legacy of £400 to wife, which effective only upon her re-marriage.
