Property: Close with appurtenances now or late in the tenure or occupation of Samuel Tant abutted on the north and south by land formerly of William Reynolds, gentleman, deceased and now in the occupation of William Challoner, gentleman on the east part by lane by the river Avon and on the west part by lands of William Morrell now in the posession of the said Samuel Tant, also three newly erected cottages adjoining eat of the said close in the occupations of John Tomlins, Widow Franklin, Widow Edden and Thomas hawkins and barn with three bays on the east side of the said close.
