Gift with warranty from Thomas Elyot, son and heir of William Elyot of Alvescote to William Bysshopesdon', knight, and Richard Bois, clerk, of all lands, tenements, rents, reversions and services which the said Thomas inherited on the death of his father the said William Elyot in the vill and fields of Thoneworth' and elsewhere in the same parish; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service.
