Description

Gift with warranty from William Payne of Beoley to John Fullewod' of Toneworth' and Robert his son of two crofts lying together called Pertegreuen' extending in length from the field of Thomas Aleyn as far as Longleyheth' and in breadth from the land of the said John Fullewod' on the one hand and the lane leading from longleyheth' towards Lodbrokes on the other; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Dated at Toneworth', Thursday before the feast of the Purification of the Blessed Mary, 6 Henry V. Witnesses: Thomas Archer, Thomas Sydenhale, Thomas Waryng', Richard Cowerne, Richard Dolfyn and others. Circular seal of red wax on tag, 3/4 in., the letter W crowned.
