Description

Gift from Simon Huyot of Bordesley near Bermyngham to Thomas Page of Toneworthe and Alice his wife of all lands and tenements which the said simon and Thomas Prat of Bermyngham, lately deceased, formerly held jointly by the gift and feoffment of the said Thomas Page in Toneworthe, that is all lands which formerly belonged to John Page, father of the said Thomas Page in Toneworthe; to hold to the said Thomas and Alice and their lawful issue for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service, or in default to the heirs of the said Thomas and Alice for ever. Dated at Toneworthe, Sunday after the feast of St Peter called ad vincula. 8 Henry V. Witnesses: Thomas Sydenhale, Thomas Waryng', Robert atte Berne, Henry atte Vicaries, Richard Swon' and others.
