Gift and quitclaim with warranty from Thomas atte Wyle of Toneworth' to John Folewode of the same of all lands and tenements with messuages, gardens, lands, meadow, woods, waters, feedings and pastures in Toneworth' lying in length between le Hughnyron' on the one hand and the highway leading from the church of Toneworth' towards the chapel of Notehurste on the other and in breadth between the land leading from the house of the said Thomas atte Wyle towards Wystonus on the one hand and one field called Notehurste Churchefeld on the other; also a field in Toneworth' called Hukkelowe lying in length between the land of St Mary on the one hand and the highway leading from le Erleswode towards Hukkelowheth' on the other and in breadth between the lane leading from Spryngwellone towards Huntelonde on the one hand and the land of the Earl of Warr' on the other; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service.
