Description

Quitclaim from Robert son of William de Helynhale to John son of John le Archer of Tanworthe of all his right in Tanneworthe and Monkespathe according to its entire metes and bounds with all lands and tenements and together with all free tenants, courts, wardships, homages, reliefs, dowers and rents etc. also the whole close called Chesewych and all the lands and tenements which Simon de Manicestre and Isabell his wife held for a term after the end of the said term (?), together with the dower which Margery late the wife of William de Holenhale holds in Munkespathe; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee rendering due and customary service; and for this the said John gives 60 marks. Witnesses: Sir Hugh de Brancist', Sir John de Lodbroch, Sir Nicholas de Oddingesseles knights, John Wodart, Richard de Folwode, Thomas de la Lee, William de Romeshul, Roger de la Forde and others.
