Gift and quitclaim with warranty from Robert son of Randolf Smart of Thanewrth' to Nicholas de Swannesdich', for fealty and service and in exchange for land at Swannesdich', of land at Monekespathe lying on a descending slope in length and breadth next to Telebrock' and from Telebrock' towards the land of the said Nicholas and from there towards the river Blitha' and from there towards the land which Adam Warner once held and from there towards the heath and in length next the land of Robert le Couper and the heath towards Telebrock'; to hold the same with all appurtenances including an annual rent of 1 penny from Walter de Alysbury, rendering annually to the chief lord of the fee 6 shillings (2 terms) and to the grantor 1 penny at Michaelmas; and for this the said Nicholas gives 120 shillings.
