Gift with warranty from William atte Brok' of Taneworth to John de Wygenhale and Amicia his wife of a messuage in Taneworth, with grden, and curtilage and with a certain croft and grove (crava), lying in breadth between the land of Simon atte Heet and the highway leading from the house of Walter Bron towards Haukesuawebroc and in length between the land of Henry Eleys and the meadow of the said Simon atte Heet, as it is enclosed and ditched by certain bounds; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee rendering annually 12 pence (2 terms).
