Description

Copy of a gift with warranty from Nicholas de Swansdyche in Tanworth to Geoffrey his son of a tenement and meadow in Tanworth at Swansdyche lying in breadth between the grantor's land on both sides and extending in length from the grantor's land as far as the moor of Richard Wyston; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee rendering annually 6 pence (2 terms); and should the said Geoffrey enter a monastery then the said land to revert to the said Nicholas.
