Description
Quitclaim and release from John le Archer of Thoneworth' to William le Archer his uncle of all actions of waste, destruction and transgression which might arise from a tenement which the said William holds of him in Thoneworth'; which tenement he has returned to him in as good a condition as when he received it. John also grants free administration of his [William's] goods growing there with easement to the houses until the quindene of Michaelmas next.
