Description

Gift with warranty from John son of John le Archer of Thoneworth' to William le Archer his brother of a messuage with garden and croft formerly belonging to Hugh de Piryhulle in Thoneworth', and which messuage the said William holds by the demise of the grantor and of Margery his mother for life, and which should revert to the grantor on William's death; to hold of the said John for life rendering annually one rose at the feast of St John the Baptist; and after the death of the said William, his heirs and assigns to pay to the said John annually 2 shillings (2 terms). Witnesses: Henry de Sydenhale, John called 'Coco', Robert de Sydenhale, Robert de Folewod, Simon le Archer and others.
