Description

Agreement between Elizabeth widow and executrix of the will of Richard de Fulwode, and William son and heir of the same, that, whereas disputes had arisen between them over the said will and the administration of the deceased's goods, the said William should pay to the said Elizabeth 2 marks and 5 shillings on the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist 18 Edward II [24 June 1324], and the said Elizabeth to grant a release in all actions and controversies, except an annual rent of 4 marks owed to her by the said William under a bond made between them; the said William also to grant a similar release in all actions.
