Gift with warranty from Elizabeth daughter of John Wodard the younger of Tonewourthe to John son of John Wodard the elder of a messuage with curtilage adjacent which the grantor had by the gift of her father John Wodard in Tonewourthe, lying between the land of John Wodard the elder called Buddecroft' and the land of John Wodard her brother, near the highway leading from the church of Tonewourthe towards the court-house (curiam) of Sir Henry de Lodbrouk; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee. Witnesses: Robert de Fulwode, Roger Austyn, John Wodard the elder, William Wodard, Richard Alayn and others. Dated at Tonewourthe, Sunday next before the feast of St Mathew, 16 Edward II.
