Gift with warranty from Roger le Rede of Toneworth' to John le Archer of the same and Isabel his wife of an annual rent of 6 pence which Walter Tapping was accustomed to pay to the grantor for a certain tenement which once belonged to John Love; to hold the same with heriots and reliefs pertaining thereto. Witnesses: Richard de Folewod', John de Bartone, Simon le Archer, John atte Berne, William de Folewod' and others. Dated at Toneworth', Sunday next before the Invention of the Holy Cross, 10 Edward II. Seal on tag, oval in natural wax. ?A classical bust facing left. Endorsed: i) 13. Of the thryde rolle. ii) Of ys ys drawn iii) Carta Johanni le Archer et Isabelle uxori eius facta per Rogerum le Rede de redditu exeunte de tenemento vocato Joh' Love quod Walterus Tappyng tenuit.
