Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated 25th January 1839 between Zachariah Prentice the elder of Snitterfield labourer of the 1st part, Zachariah Prentice the younger of the same place labourer (son of Zachariah Prentice the elder) of the 2nd part and Job Hobbins of Stratford-upon-Avon law stationer of the 3rd part whereby a cottage of the said Zachariah Prentice the elder was conveyed by the said Zachariah Prentice the elder to Zachariah Prentice the younger for £12 subject to a life interest of Zachariah Prentice the elder and Sarah his wife. Signed by the marks Zachariah Prentice the elder and Zachariah Prentice the younger. Common stamp seal. Witnessed by Thomas Umbers (solicitor, Stratford-upon-Avon) and Thomas A. Tibbitts. Lease dated 24th January 1839 by Zachariah Prentice the elder to Zachariah Prentice the younger of the same property for one year. Signed by the mark of Zachariah Prentice the elder. Sealed and witnessed as before.
