Description

Indenture dated 23rd February 1883 between George Currall of Leamington Priors tailor and Isabella his wife of one part and Thomas Slatter of Stratford-upon-Avon gentleman of the other part whereby the property described in DR 38/623 was conveyed (subject to the Mortgages described in DR 38/623 DR 38/626) to Thomas Slatter upon trust for the said Isabella Currall for life with power of appointment to uses during the joint lives of George Isabella Currall (for her separate use and benefit) thereafter to George Currall for life if he survived Isabella his wife and remainder to the children of Isabella Currall in fee simple as tenants in common.
