Indenture dated 8th May 1874 between Henry Cross of Hampton Lucy farmer of one part and Richard Millward Hutchins of Harbury wheelwright of the other part whereby the property described in DR 38/645 was conveyed by Henry Cross as the surviving Trustee and Executor of the Will of Hannah Hobbs, to Richard Millward Hutchins in accordance with the trusts contained in the Will of the said Hannah Hobbs.
