Attested copy Deed Poll dated 7th July 1772 under the hand and seal of Anthony Townsend of the Borough of Warwick, butcher (one of the three children of Mary Townsend, who was a sister of John Waker of Snitterfield, deceased) being a release from the said Anthony Townsend to the Executors of the said John Waker (namely Henry Smith of Snitterfield, gentleman and Thomas Smith the younger of Rowington, gentleman) of a legacy of 1/3 part of the residuary real and personal estate of John Waker.
