Attested copy Indenture of Release dated 17th April 1798 between Margaret Webb of Sherbourne widow of Thomas Webb esquire deceased, John Bree of Stratford-upon-Avon doctor in Physic surviving Devisees in trust named in the last Will of Thomas Webb deceased of the one part and the Reverend Elias Webb late of Sherbourne but now of Snitterfield clerk eldest son and heir of Thomas Webb deceased of the other part whereby all the real and personal estate comprised in the last will of Thomas Webb was conveyed by the persons of the one part to the Reverend Elias Webb subject to payment thereout of all legacies etc. not already paid to the younger children of Thomas Webb. Signed Margaret Webb, John Bree and Elias Webb. Sealed. Witnessed by Kelynge Greenway and Jo. Loveday. Attested 21st February 1821 by R. Skinner and Henry Allen clerks to Messrs. Greenway solicitors Warwick.
