Attested copy Indenture of Release dated 30th June 1803 between the Reverend Elias Webb late of Snitterfield but now of Sherbourne clerk and Ann his wife of the 1st part, Thomas Webb Edge of Strelley, Nottinghamshire esquire and Charles Watkins of Daventry, Northamptonshire gentleman of the 2nd part and Clarke Watkins of Daventry gentleman and Kelynge Greenway of Warwick gentleman (Trustees of the Marriage Settlement of the Reverend Elisa Webb) of the 3rd part whereby Elias and Ann Webb (with the consent of the Trustees of the Marriage Settlement) conveyed lands in the Parishes of Sherbourne, Fulbrooke, Claverdon and Snitterfield containing 108 acres, 2 roods and 23 perches, more particularly described therein (see DR 38/356 DR 38/361) not included in the Settlement dated 8th September 1798 in lieu of lands (which were so included) in the Parishes of Lapworth, Old Stratford, Saint Nicholas and Saint Mary Warwick, Kenilworth, Wilmcote, Rowington and Claverdon together having a yearly value of £331-5-9 to the uses and trusts as in the said Settlement of 8th September 1798 were limited and declared. Signed Elias Webb, Ann Webb, Thomas Webb Edge, Charles Watkins, Clarke Watkins and Kelynge Greenway. Sealed in the presence of G. C. Greenway and Richard Loveday clerks to Mr. Greenway of Warwick, Paul Howse servant to Mr. Edge, Richard Burford clerk to Mr. Middlemore solicitor Nottingham and John Bricknell of Daventry draper. Attested 24th August 1820 by William Westley Dell and Henry Stevens of Furnival's Inn.
