Quitclaim from John atte Lee of Toneworth' to John Archer' of Toneworth' of all lands, tenements, rents, reversions and services with feedings, pastures, woods, moors, hedges and ditches called le Lee in Toneworth' which lately belonged to John atte Lee of Henley in Ardern'; to hold for ever. Dated at Toneworth', Tuesday on the feast of St Mark the Evangelist, 25 Henry VI. Witnesses: Thomas Sydenhale, John Fulwode, William Parker', William Benford' John Dolfyn and others. Circular seal of red wax on tag, 1/2 in., a heart surrounded by a decorative border within a beaded border. Latin, parchment, 9.5 x 3.75 ins.
