Description

Gift from Nicholas Swon of Toneworth' and John Welle of the same to William Seell the elder of one field in Toneworth' called Fuwkuslond', extending in length from the land called Sponnelond' as far as land called Louotuslond', which field the grantots held by gift and feoffment of the said William Seell the elder; to hold to the said William Seell the elder for the term of his life, and after his death to pass to William Seell the younger and Agnes his wife, and all their sons for the term of their lives, with reversion to the heirs and assigns of the said William Seell the elder for ever, to be held from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service.
