Quitclaim with warranty from Robert othe Hethe of Solyhull' to John Lyndon of Kyngesnorton' of four crofts lying together in Toneworth' called Rudescroftes, extending in length between land lately belonging to William Brokhurst on the one hand and the wood of the Earl of Warr' called Sarehurst on the other and in breadth between the land of William Fulford called Roselond' on the one hand and the lane leading from Cleburycrossewey towards the wood of the Earl of Warr' on the other; to hold for ever. Dated at Toneworth', on the feast of St Peter ad vincula, 32 Henry VI. Witnesses: Thomas Sydenhale of Toneworth esquire, William Benford' of the same, John Dolphyn of the same, William Fulford' of Solyhull', Richard Myddulmor' of the same and others.
