Quitclaim with warranty from Henry Notehurst of Solihull' to John Gower esquire of one triangular shaped messuage with an adjacent croft in Toneworth' called le Sarehurst, lying in length and breadth between the land of the said John Gower and two lanes, one called Bellelone and the other leading from le Sarehurst towards the mill of Bettesworth'; to hold for ever. Dated at Toneworth', Thursday after the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 5 Edward IV. Witnesses: Richard Fulwode, Thomas Halle, Richard Culkopp, Richard Vitter, John Cokesey, William Hall', Richard Lee, John Lyndon', John Sydenhale and many others.
