Description

Gift with warranty from John Lyndon' of Kyngesnorton' to William Fulford', Richard Blyke, John Dolphyn of Toneworth' and William Lee carpenter of four crofts in Toneworth' called Rudescroftes lying together in length between land lately belonging to William Brokhurst on the one hand and the wood of the earl of Warr' called Sarehurst on the other and in breadth between the land of William Fulford' called Roselond on the one hand and the lane leading from Cleburycroftewey towards the wood of the Earl of Warr' on the other, which said crofts the grantor together with his son William Lyndon', lately held by the gift and feoffment of Robert othe Hethe of Solihull' and which the said William Lyndon' had released to the grantor; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Dated at Toneworth', on the feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, 3 Edward IV.
