Copy of quitclaim from Thomas Dunton of Sheldon, John Carter of Kyngesnorton, William Lyndon of the same, John other Feeld' of the same and James Barue of the same to Richard Blyke of Kyngesnorton of a close of land in Toneworth lying between Sarmwhyte and Oldbury lond in length and in breadth between the lane called Rudeslane and the land called Bellelone; also a field called Roseland lying in Toneworth between the wood of the earl of Warr' and the land of Robert Hethe in length and in breadth between the land belonging to William Pyle and the land of the said Robert Hethe. Dated Thursday before the feast of St Michael Archangel, 6 Edward IV. Copy of gift from Richard Blyke of Kyngesnorton to Henry Fulforde, son of William Fulford of Solihull, of one close lying in Toneworth in length between Sarmwhyte and Oldburylond, and a field called Roseland lying in Toneworth, which close and field Thomas Dunton of Sheldon, John Carter of Kyngesnorton, William Lyndon of the same, John othe Feeld of the same, Thomas Barne of the same, and the grantor lately held by the gift and feoffment of the said William Fulford'; To hold to the said Henry and his lawful heirs for ever or in default to the rightful heirs of the said William Fulford'.
