Indenture of Release between the Honourable Ann Elizabeth Musgrove of Harley Street, Middlesex widow of the 1st part, Thomas Metcalfe of Lincoln's Inn, Middlesex gentleman of 2nd part and Christopher Musgrove of Bickerton, Kincardine, Scotland esquire of the 3rd part whereby the close called Moor Redding referred to in DR 38/760 was conveyed by Ann Elizabeth Musgrove to the use of herself for life, remainder to the use of Christopher Musgrove and his heirs for ever in consideration of £128 to the said Ann Elizabeth Musgrove paid by the said Christopher Musgrove. Signed Ann Elizabeth Musgrove. Red wax seal, no impression. Witnessed by Thomas Metcalfe junior and Edward Noble. Lease by Ann Elizabeth Musgrove to Thomas Metcalfe of the same property for one year.
