Deed Poll under the hands and seals of George Wright of Hill Farm, Alrewas, Staffordshire yeoman and Sara his wife (who was one of the granddaughters of Joseph Jackson late of Fulbrook yeoman deceased and one of the daughters of Benjamin Short) reciting DR 38/808 and reciting the legacies to the daughters of Benjamin Short one of whom Sarah was the said Sara Wright (misnamed), it was witnessed that the said George Wright and Sara his wife released and discharged William Jackson, surviving Executor of the Will of Samuel Jackson from all further claims in respect of the said legacy, having been paid by him the sum of £250.
