Description

Probate of the Will of Mary Mason of Norton Lindsey widow whereby she devised and bequeathed to her nephew William Hopkins (second son of William Hopkins and her sister Ann) all her real and personal property, and appointed the said William Hopkins her sole Executor. Witnessed by William Blick, John Creed and John Bennett. Proved by the said William Hopkins in the Consistory Court of the Bishop of Worcester before John Stillingfleet D. D. Dean of Worcester 4th June 1743. Signed J. Botledge Deputy Registrar. Wax seal compressed between paper.
