Description

Copy Indenture of Lease between William Wilcox of Brandon esquire of one part and William Palmer of Harbury gentleman and William Palmer the younger of Wolverton of the other part whereby William Wilcox demised a messuage or mansion house with barns, stables, gardens, orchards and appurtenances, also several closes of arable meadow and pasture called Home Farm containing 254 acres then in the occupation of Messrs. Palmer, also several closes of meadow, arable and pasture with barns, stables and buildings called Blacon containing 56 acres in the occupation of Messrs. Palmer, except all mines, minerals and timber etc. and certain appurtenances in the said messuage for 4 days and nights in the year yielding and having a yearly rent of £310 per annum thereafter.
