Description

Attested Copy Indenture of Assignment of Mortgage between Elizabeth Eyres of Warwick widow of the 1st part, Thomas Walford of Wolverton gentleman of the 2nd part and Seymour Walford of Wolverton gentleman (eldest son of the said Thomas Walford) and John Levett of Lichfield esquire of the 3rd part reciting DR 38/958, it was witnessed that Elizabeth Eyres in consideration of £400 to her paid by Seymour Walford and of 1/- to her paid by John Levett did at the request of Thomas Seymour Walford assign all the term of 1000 years in the premises described in DR 38/952 to John Levett and his Executors and assignees in trust to attend the inheritance of Seymour Walford and his heirs. Witnessed by Thomas Cecill and James Cade. Attested 16th April 1801 by Thomas Heydon and Abram King.
