Abstract of the Title to the Manor of Wolverton and hereditaments therein sold by the Assignees of Charles Henry Hunt a Bankrupt to Charles Moills esquire and by him contracted to be sold to Samuel Allen commencing with an Indenture dated 1st February 1684 and ending with Indentures dated 23rd 24th June 1808. [Property sold to Mr. Robert Philips in 1820]
