Description

Gift with warranty from Roger Molendinarius of Toneworth' to Robert de Sydinhale of two acres of land in the heath of Calvesleye which he had by the gift of Philip Dorevassel, lying in length between the highway, leading from Benetford towards the church of Toneworth', and the close of the earl of Warwick; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee for due and customary service save to monks, except foreign service, namely the payment of scutage at the rate of one penny per acre when it falls due.
