Description

Gift with warranty from Agnes late the wife of Roger Trages of Thoneworth' to John her son of a messuage, with orchard and garden, which she had by the gift of Goffrey le Marchal, lying between le Portweye leading from the church of Thoneworth' towards Henleye and the garden and land of John Trages, with the surrounding hedges and ditches; also the land which she had by the gift of the said Geoffrey in the furlong (cultura) called Grimeshull' in Thoneworth' lying in length and breadth next to a certain old ditch; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee rendering annually one halfpenny at the feast of St. Dionysius.
