Gift with warranty from John Archer of Thanewrth' to John son of William Archer, for homage and service, of a piece of land in Thanewrth' lying between Hethullesiche and the demesne of the lord earl, through the land which William Brun held and descending through the land of William de Coddebarwe as far as the said Hetullesiche; to hold the same rendering annually 6 pence; and for this John the grantee gives 6 marks. Witnesses: Walter clerk of Thanewrt', Richard Goer, Richard 'Dispensario' of Thanewrth', Robert de Offorda, Herbert Dolfin, Roger Pavey, William Wystan and certain others. Tag, seal lost.
