Bargain and sale with warranty from Henry Lea of Vllenhall alias Oldnall yeoman to Andrew Archer of Tanworth esquire for £75 of 4 closes of pasture with adjoining meadow called Lyndes crofts, Cookes crofts or Rudde crofts, now or late in the occupation of Henry Cottrell, Richard Haselocke and Thomas Fulford, lying between the lord's waste called Salehurst, Brokeslone, Norton Lane, the land of John Maxfield, the land of Richard Heathe and the land of John Bolt on all sides, together with all woods and subwoods; to hold for ever freely except for the chief rent and 3 leases made to Henry Cottrell, Richard haselocke and Thomas Fulford for 21 years, 21 years and 19 years respectively, for the annual rent of £3 which was now to be paid to the said Andrew for the remainder of the said term.
