Bargain and sale with warranty from Thomas Parkes of the city of London haberdasher to Andrew Archer of Tanworth esquire for £5 of one small croft being one third of a croft called Roase croft and seperated from the rest of the said croft in Tanworth, lying between the land of the said Andrew, land lately belonging to Robert Farre called Barne fields, the rest of the said croft called Roase croft and the highway on all sides; to hold for ever excepting one lease of the said premises to Thomas Mace, which lease has still about one year to run and excepting services due to the chief lords.
