Lease for 40 years with warranty with counterpart from Thomas Waryng' of Toneworth' to Thomas Blithe of Henley in Ardern' of a field in Tonneworth' called Pynnynges lying in length between the land of the said Thomas Blithe and the highway and in breadth from the road leading from Tonneworth' as far as Sullihull' on the one hand and the road leading towards Byrmyngeham on the other; to hold from the feast of the Purification [2 February] next for the annual rent of one red rose on the feast of St. John the Baptist if demanded; the lessor to have the right of distraint for non-payment or arrears one month after the said term.
