Description

Gift with warranty from Richard Fulwode esquire to John Archer esquire of 3 shillings annual rent called rent service to be taken from one tenement, with one croft lying next to it, and one small meadow, in Tonworth' called Swannes tenement, lying in Monkespath' strete; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Dated at Tonworth', 7 Henry VII. Witnesses: Thomas Waryng, John Benford', Henry Brown and many others. Tag for seal with fragment of red wax. Latin, parchment, 11 x 31/4 in.
